We have genuinely loved living on Grovehill Road & renovating the property to make a house a well-loved home. The location has been great, a short walk to Redhill train station & shops, a 5min car journey to Reigate and a short walk to Redhill common with beautiful views. Considering how near we are to town we have been amazed by just how peaceful it is living here. We have the most lovely neighbours always helping each other out & a local WhatsApp & Facebook group, it’s been great to be part of a lovely community. The garden is a lovely place to entertain and relax which benefits from the sun until late evening on the patio. We have also really loved the stunning views from the rear of the property enjoying the best sunsets across Reigate Hill.
