Before marketing your property, our lettings expert will visit your property to provide a valuation and discuss strategy and fees. Once you’ve agreed to use our services, we will market the property on all of the major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. We also provide professional photography and floor plan.
We will conduct an open day and use this to find you the most reliable tenant, offering the best price.
We then carry out full financial and previous landlord references, before providing you with a full report with our recommendations.
Once you’ve let your property, we carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is looked after and manage any maintenance issues if you choose our full management option.
We continue to monitor your returns and the rental market and will advise you on any changes you can expect, and annual rent increases if applicable.
