Although we act on behalf of the Landlord and our aim is to protect their interests, we also believe tenants should be treated fairly and with the dignity they deserve.

All offers will be presented to the landlord in a transparent way and we won't give any tenant an unfair advantage.

Once an offer is accepted we will take a week's holding deposit, which will come out of the first month's rent.

We will immediately cease viewings and hope to conclude the contractual stage within a week to 10 days and have you in your new home in a timely manner.

We will conduct an inventory, to ensure there is no confusion about the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy.
